Pioneered a next-generation ELA model (EA 2.0) and built and coached a GTM team of 200+ with a 10,000+ field sales team. Transformed a declining business unit into a $3.5 billion-dollar ARR division.

Launched EA 2.0 at CiscoLive in Berlin and All Hands on Deck in Las Vegas, presenting to an audience of 5,000 - 15,000 + and delivering hyper-growth from $100 to $800M ARR in sales post-launch.
Increased sales for security buying programs from $70 to over $350M ARR by reengineering and creating new software buying models to meet the needs of the security sales force and drive global adoption.
